The joys of not sleeping

Ahhhhhh!! Last 12 days of school. This will be the craziest 12 days of my life. Not counting this week - I have 3 presentations (Mon, Wed, Fri) and 2 final papers (Mon after). I'm working on all of these all at the same time. Yikes!

I became a temporary Debian IT tech and tried to help Geoff with some work he had to get done at one of his clients. We didn't get finished until midnight. Did I mention that I'm glad I study monkeys? At least monkeys are smart and stick to a decent schedule. Then I went back to Geoff's to crash and couldn't sleep! The joys...

In better news, Geoff finally booked his ticket to come visit me in Ghana in early Sept.

In other good news, I was lucky and won a prize at the UofC Prima Vera dance last Sat. One person at each table won a dance bag with UofC embroidered on it. I gave it to Geoff since he was eyeing it jealously! I figure it's the least I can do since he's spending over $1000 to come visit me in Africa! hehe :)

I also won movie tickets and gave them to my parents since I don't have time to watch movies. Wow, everyone seems to benefit from me being born under a lucky star!
