What happens when primatologists cook?

We have an excellent meal of course! Had a potluck dinner with some of my co-workers - Steig, Kim, and Bright. Our significant others came of course... Bright's wife Joyce, Kim's husband Paul, and Geoff. Steig was the 7th wheel because his wife Avery is in California.

We had an Asian-themed dinner so Geoff and I made pad thai. Everything was perfect except I totally *ucked up on the noodles. I didn't soak them for long enough so they turned out a little hard. Oh well, we still had way too much food. Plus, Steig and Kim are vegans so only Paul, Geoff, Bright, and Joyce had to suffer through the pad thai. Steig spent 3 hours making the marinade for the tofu and Kim spent all afternoon making a 3 course meal - soup, pasta, and stir fry veggies. It was awesome and everyone had a great time!
