It lives!
Geoff helped me pry off the wheel of my iPod to see if we could fix it. Last ditch effort. We scraped glue off the play/pause button and moved some click pad things around. I then took the now-bent wheel and put the whole iPod back together. It took some coaxing but I managed to get the iPod working again! It's a miracle!

... the idea for some reason reminds me of Australia...
Originally we were deciding between calla lilies and gerber daisies. The deciding factor was that there are no true red lilies, only orange ones. I saw some white gerber daisies in a flower shop and they were quite pretty (not like the 'real' daisies that grow like weeds in my garden).
Even better was the fact that they have mini gerbers that are about half the size of the ones in the picture. So, the boys don't have to worry about wearing a huge gerber daisy on their jackets.
I'm happy with daisies. So much better than boring red and white roses!
