More moving fun

Geoff and I helped Heather and Peter move into their new place this weekend. There were only 5 of us (including Deven) but the move went really smoothly! And efficiently! The fun part was trying to get everything into and out of the elevator before it started buzzing at us. They are house sitting this really nice house in Mardaloop for the next 6 months. The house has to be left as is, so almost everything Heather and Peter own goes into the basement for storage. We'll have to do this all over again in July! Fortunately everything's already in boxes!

Busy week... had Rennie over for dinner, met Geoff's friend Alissa from Vancouver, met a couple officiants for the wedding, started teaching/TAing SBS intro ballroom class, met a whole bunch of computer programmers at a function at the Uptown, marked undergrad primatology exams, had country dance class, and curling. And it gets even busier next week!

Oh, one more thing... We got cable TV! We signed up with Shaw because we don't have any reception because of all the buildings downtown. We need it so that we can watch the Olympics starting at the end of next week! We'll keep cable for 1 month and then cancel. :) This is the first time I've ever had cable TV!
