(Red)

I was watching Bono on Oprah today and how he started this idea called (Red). Basically they're selling products like GAP clothes, red iPods, red Motorola phones, etc. and giving about 50% of the proceeds to fight AIDS in Africa. What a cool concept! Basically they're taking American consumerism and turning it into something useful and charitable. Some companies like the GAP also make the (Red) products in Africa so they benefit doubly from the sale of these products (from the proceeds of the sale + the money from working in the factories).
