Tag - I'm It
I've been tagged by Corinne so apparently I have to:
"write a blog with 6 weird things or habits about yourself and make a blog titled "Tag - I'm It." In the end you need to choose 6 other people to be tagged and list their names at the end of your blog. make sure you leave them a comment saying "Tag - You're It, Go read my newest blog"
1. When I was a baby, I used to suck on my big toe instead of my thumb. I'm still naturally quite flexible. hehe :)
2. I eat all the extra Smarties until I have several sets with just 1 Smartie of each colour. Then I eat the Smarties in the following order: brown, purple, pink, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
3. I always wanted to be married by the time I was 25 (yay! I'll be 24 so at least I accomplished this goal!)
4. On my list of "Things to do before I die" I've always wanted to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and visit Macchu Piccu in Peru.
5. I can't swim to save my life. I can do a passable backstroke but that's about it.
6. I used to be really good at the hurdles when I was in junior high. I guess it was from all the ballet training when I was a kid... I knew exactly how high to jump to clear the hurdle so I wasn't scared like all the other kids.
So there's my 6 weird habits/facts. Now I'm tagging the following people: Geoff, Scott, Ian, Justin, Katherine, and Sandi.

Hey Evelyn! Love the smarties comment! I do that with skittles! I have to seperate them into piles according to their colours and then eat them until they all have the same amount left! I don't think I have a particular order that I eat them in! I completely forgot about my wierd skittle habit - I haven't eaten them forever!!!
Glad to read about your "weird" traits too!
I too reduce the pile to equal numbers of each color. More notably, Kilimanjaro is on my list of things to do (actually it's pretty much the only thing I've really put on my 'must do' list) and have discussed with Chris (edmonton friend) about trying to do it in the next couple years. Be sure to do it before the snows are gone! :(
Mt. Kili is also on Samson's to-do list. So maybe we can organize a huge tour group of friends to climb Kili. We can even do the pre-training here in Calgary as a group to get motivated to stay in shape!
I have contacts in Kenya so we could easily organize the climb followed by a safari and some beach time. I think the climb is about $2500/person and a safari is about $80-100/person/day depending on the size of the group.
