Me and my friend Charity at Hand-in-Hand in Nkoranza. This place was set up by a Dutch doctor and her American husband for kids with mental and physical disabilities. All the proceeds from the guesthouse, the internet cafe in town, and the sale of bead necklaces made by the children, goes to benefitting the orphans.
